Tree Replacement Program

The Township of Scotch Plains prides itself on the preservation and maintenance of our natural resources and is committed to preserving environmental integrity by planting trees and other plant life throughout our parks and neighborhoods. 

If your property had a township tree which fell during a storm or was lost or removed due to disease or age, and you wish it to be replaced let us know. Or, if you would like a tree planted  in front of your house, on public property only, please let us know by submitting your information on the Tree Replacement form below.  

* Please note, our tree crew will evaluate the location and make the final decision on the appropriate tree for replacement.
